Covid-19 Arrival Procedures

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, please follow these arrival procedures:

1. Please call us when you arrive in the parking lot. Do not enter the office until we call you in.
2. Only the patient should enter the office. Please leave family members in the car unless they are needed to assist the patient.
3. Please wear a mask when entering the office.
4. We will take your temperature upon arrival.
5. Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.
6. Please maintain 6 feet of social distancing from other patients and staff.
7. If you are feeling ill, have a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
